I wish to enroll my son and we agree to abide by all camp rules and regulations as well as the following conditions:
  • This application must be accompanied by a $300 deposit (Non- refundable) and the Non-refundable Balance Postdated for May 1st. Mailed to PO Box 344 Pomona NY 10970.
  • No refunds will be given for missed days/weeks from Camp including unforeseen circumstances (e.g. being asked to leave camp). No replacements (giving your son’s place to someone else) will be allowed for cancellations.
  • Full summer rate and EarlyBird discount is not applicable to first half campers who decide to remain in Camp for the second half.
  • The Camp fee includes all camp programs, activities and trips. It does not include transportation to and from camp.
  • A completed medical form and copy of insurance card must be submitted before day camp begins.
  • Parents will be responsible for any and all medical bills incurred during Camp.
  • Parents will be held liable for any and all damages incurred by their child(ren).
  • The camp will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind in camp over the summer.



I have read the Conditions of Enrollment including the fees and payments. I agree to abide by these policies. I hereby authorize Camp Yedidim (hereinafter Camp) to take my child off camp grounds to go on trips organized as part of the camping program. This may include swimming and/or boating sites. In addition, my child may participate in any on or off ground activity organized by camp including but not limited to land sports, aquatic activities, indoor activities, bicycling, hiking, cookouts, etc., and I assume the inherent risk of such activities and camp programs. I will hold Camp harmless in the event of injury or property damage or loss as a result of such activities. I also agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the camp application, in the information packet and by camp administration.

A $50 processing fee will be added to the tuition of each child.
